Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in line with Taco Bell procedures.
• Work the front counter to ensure quality service and train staff.
• Plan and review operations, training, and policies with the team.
• Develop and maintain sales; manage labor schedules and costs.
• Monitor costs, inventory, and ensure cash handling procedures.
• Maintain health, safety, and image standards; report incidents.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain personnel files.
