Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Work the front counter to ensure quality service and coach employees.
• Conduct meetings with team for planning, training, and policy reviews.
• Develop and maintain an acceptable level of sales using local store marketing.
• Monitor utilities, supplies, and other costs to minimize impact; analyze P&L and take corrective action.
• Post labor schedules in advance; adjust labor to changes in sales.
• Manage restaurant cash by making daily deposits and following cash handling procedures.
• Ensure safety and health standards; maintain cleanliness and image.
• Communicate hiring decisions and promotions to Area Coach; manage payroll.
• Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions.
