Job summary

Raising Cane’s is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant operations.

You will manage on-duty coverage, cash handling, shifts, and staff deployment while ensuring customer service, food safety and a clean, safe restaurant environment. Travel for openings or training may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions and acts as manager on duty.
• Opens and closes the Restaurant; manages cash handling and accountability.
• Enforces policies, leads shift meetings and ensures safety standards.
• Deploys Crewmembers, delivers exemplary customer service and oversees logs.
• Maintains cleanliness and ensures equipment is in good working order.
