Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture. You will lead shifts, manage cash and ensure high service levels across all restaurant activities.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Proficient in technology systems and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Execute Restaurant operations and lead a shift.
• Open and close the Restaurant as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Provide exemplary customer service and team leadership.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld.
