Raising Cane’s in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s culture. You will open and close the restaurant as manager on duty, manage cash handling, and ensure the facility runs safely and cleanly.

The role focuses on enforcing standards, staff deployment, customer service, and daily operational execution, with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in operational excellence and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance; provide exemplary customer service.
• Oversee shift execution and staff deployment; support training and development.
