Job summary

Raising Cane’s is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant activities.

The role requires strong leadership of daily operations, shift management, cash handling, and a focus on guest service. You will manage staffing during shifts, implement company policies, and ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe while driving performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Executes restaurant operations functions and acts as manager on duty.
• Opens and closes the restaurant and manages cash handling.
• Ensures cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Deploys crewmembers and provides exemplary customer service.
• Assigns and approves employee functions requiring manager oversight.
