Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Operations Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence. You will uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant functions, including opening/closing, cash handling, and shift deployment.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and adherence to food safety Procedures with opportunities for growth and weekly pay as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Willing to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in operational excellence and uphold standards.
• Open and close the restaurant; manage cash handling and shift execution.
• Deploy crewmembers, ensure customer service excellence, and enforce safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the facility; perform additional duties as needed.
