Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking an Operations Manager (OM) to support the Restaurant Leader in delivering operational excellence, upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant operations, and helping the team raise the bar.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to coach Crewmembers, manage cash and safety compliance, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (not applicable)
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
• Possess a valid state-issued driver’s license (if travel required)
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Executes restaurant operations functions
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Enforces company policies and standards
• Manages shift operations and safety standards
• Deploys Crewmembers and provides exemplary customer service
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility operation
