Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager to lead restaurant operations, support the Restaurant Leader, and uphold brand standards and culture across all shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include on-duty leadership, cash handling, and ensuring safety and cleanliness. Candidate should have 3+ years of Restaurant/retail management, a valid driver’s license, and complete company training programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.

Responsibilities

• Executes Restaurant operations functions.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings to ensure operations and safety standards.
• Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and document results.
