Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shift management. You will lead a fast-paced team, manage cash and ensure guest satisfaction in a busy environment.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. Company offers competitive pay, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems including MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work shifts including days, evenings, weekends; travel as needed.
• Must be 18+ and HS diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholds standards and culture.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces policies and safety standards; conducts shift meetings.
• Directs crewmembers; provides customer service excellence.
• Uses reward programs and approves manager-level actions.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
