Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture during shifts.

The role involves leading crewmembers, managing cash, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates have 1+ years in restaurant or retail management and are 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and with teams
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Enforces company policies and standards
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides customer service
• Uses rewards program to recognize staff and approves employee functions
• Maintains cleanliness and good working order of the facility
