Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Operations Manager to back the Restaurant Leader in driving operational excellence and upholding brand standards. You will open/close the restaurant, manage cash, and ensure safety and service quality across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of restaurant/retail management, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. The role requires flexible hours, travel if needed, and a focus on customer service and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license.
• Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Execute Restaurant operations functions.
• Act as manager on duty and opens/closes the Restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings with operations and safety standards.
• Uses tools/logs to support shift execution and document results.
• Deploys Crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition program for Crewmembers.
