Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold brand standards and culture, and manage shift leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee cash handling, ensure safety compliance, and drive exceptional customer service while coordinating scheduling, training, and rewards programs for the crew. This role requires flexibility for various shifts and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
• Experience in restaurant or retail leadership (1+ years) and 18+ years old
• Must be able to complete company training programs

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift
• Act as manager on duty; open and close the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and accountability
• Enforce policies and safety standards
• Lead shift management and maintain operational logs
• Direct crewmembers and provide exemplary customer service
• Utilize reward programs and recognize team members
• Authorize manager-level decisions (discounts, promotions)
• Maintain cleanliness and facility readiness
• Perform additional duties as assigned
