Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture during shifts. The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen environment, directing crewmembers, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The position requires 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently or collaboratively
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
• Able to work varied shifts and travel as needed
• Must complete Raising Cane’s training programs
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations
• Upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability
• Directs crewmembers during a shift
• Provides exemplary customer service
• Utilizes reward and recognition programs for crewmembers
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the restaurant
• Completes other duties as assigned
