Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• SERV Safe certification preferred.
• Pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to travel between multiple restaurants.
• Basic Microsoft Word/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating enthusiasm and commitment to company objectives.
• Set shifts and operate across Open, Lunch, Dinner, and Closing times.
• Build sales and manage restaurant profitability.
• Recruit, hire, and develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistants.
• Maintain GER compliance with passing score of 70% or higher.
• Ensure cash handling procedures including deposits are followed.
• Keep inventory levels with weekly food, paper, and smallwares orders; maintain equipment.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness by following daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Process HR paperwork promptly; incidents, terminations, pay changes, internal & external promotions.
• Complete schedules by Thursday EOD for Area Coach review.
• Administer disciplinary actions with Area Coach and HR.
• Submit weekly paperwork to Support Center as required.
• Follow POP requirements and participate in Local Marketing initiatives.
• Attend and participate in scheduled meetings.
