Limestone BBQ and Bourbon is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall operation of the Milford location. You will lead staff, ensure superb guest experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.

The role emphasizes profitability, compliance, and a positive work environment. The position requires 3–5 years in the restaurant industry, valid food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications, and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid food handlers certification and alcohol dispensing certification.
• Experience leading restaurant staff and managing daily operations.

• Ability to oversee budgeting, inventory, and cost control.
