Ideal candidates have two years of restaurant management experience, ServSafe certification, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll coach staff, manage schedules and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Restaurant Manager with full operations responsibility.
• ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage food safety, sanitation and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent service.
• Lead and develop front- and back-of-house teams for guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sanitation, safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Forecast sales, manage inventories and control food costs.
• Train staff, conduct performance reviews and implement policy.
