Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon is seeking a Manager to oversee the full operation of the restaurant, including staff leadership, guest satisfaction, and daily workflow. You will drive profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, scheduling, inventory control, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in restaurant leadership or management.
• Must hold valid food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Valid driver’s license; clear criminal history.
• Basic to intermediate math, reading, and writing.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, profitable restaurant performance.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff across front-and-back-of-house.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage budgets for food and labor.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, liquor, and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor food quality, portions, and presentation for consistency.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with marketing for promotions and loyalty programs.
