Limestone BBQ and Bourbon in Middletown, NY seeks an experienced Manager to oversee overall restaurant operations, staff leadership, and guest satisfaction. You will drive profitability while upholding food quality and safety standards.

You will hire and train staff, manage schedules, monitor costs, and implement marketing efforts for seasonal promotions. Strong leadership and customer-service focus required.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in the restaurant industry
• Must possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications
• Valid driver’s license
• Satisfactory criminal history
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations
• Must be able to read and comprehend written materials, write in grammatically correct sentences, and perform basic to intermediate mathematical computations

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise all restaurant activities to ensure smooth operation, including managing staff, coordinating kitchen and dining service, and monitoring guest satisfaction.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by addressing needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service standards.
• Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff; foster a positive work environment and motivate the team.
• Inventory and Budget Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage orders, stock control, and cost control for food, labor, and expenses.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations; maintain licenses and certifications.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality and presentation for consistency with standards.
• Financial Management: Oversee revenue, analyze sales data, manage cash flow, and report performance.
• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on promotional strategies and loyalty programs
