Qualifications

• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet profitability and service targets.
• Coach and develop Shifts Coordinators and Team Members.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed.
