Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manages inventory costs and maintains inventory through daily/weekly/monthly inspections.
• Places and receives inventory truck orders and maintains assets.
• Oversees preventative maintenance and cash control procedures.
• Motivates staff to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.
• Coaches shifts and team members to raise performance and profitability.
• Directs food preparation and service to meet speed-of-service guidelines and brand standards.
