Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through inventory control, costing and cash handling procedures.
• Motivate and coach team to deliver guest service that exceeds expectations.
• Oversee daily operations and maintain brand standards across the restaurant.
• Develop shift teams and ensure staffing aligns with business needs.
• Directly manage Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members and cover Coordinator duties when needed.
