Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the restaurant’s day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will oversee inventory, maintain brand standards, and coach a team of Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean facility.

In this role you will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to optimize profitability, manage shifts, and uphold operational standards across the unit.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• HS Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee profitability and inventory control for the restaurant.
• Direct daily restaurant operations for a single location to ensure smooth service.
• Coach and develop shifts coordinators and team members to raise performance.
• Direct restaurant team toward efficient and accurate food preparation and service within speed guidelines.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
