Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring profitability, guest satisfaction, and team development at a single restaurant. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in inventory, cash controls, and brand standards while guiding 20-45 team members.

You will coach shifts coordinators, manage profitability through P&L awareness, and ensure fast, accurate product preparation and delivery to guests, maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Directs restaurant team toward efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Manages inventory costs and maintains inventory, including daily/weekly/monthly inspections.
• Supports cash control and security procedures and operating standards.
• Coaches and develops shifts coordinators and team members to raise restaurant performance.
