Job summary

Popeyes Assistant Manager leads daily restaurant operations, driving profitability and ensuring excellent guest service. You will manage a team, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while maintaining inventory, safety, and cash controls.

The role focuses on people development, operational excellence, and delivering fast, accurate service in a busy, high-volume environment. You will support the RGM and step in when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience, management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing inventory costs and cash controls.
• Motivate and direct team members to deliver fast, accurate guest service in a clean facility.
• Coach shifts coordinators and team members to raise restaurant performance.
• Direct operations to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service while upholding brand standards.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
