As a AM, you’ll coach shifts, manage inventory and vendor relations, and uphold brand standards while developing people for long-term performance. This full-time position requires leadership and reliability.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Basic understanding of P&L to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations under RGM.
• Lead inventory inspections and control costs.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and team members to improve performance.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service.
