Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver excellent guest service. You will manage inventory, controls, and a team of hourly staff, while supporting the Restaurant General Manager in meeting brand standards and performance goals.

You will coach shifts and coordinate operations to ensure fast, accurate product prep and on-time delivery. Prior experience in quick-service management and comfort with P&L concepts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through inventory management and cost controls.
• Lead guest service excellence with fast, friendly service and clean facilities.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Direct operations for efficient product preparation and prompt delivery within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Assist in cash control and security procedures and basic P&L interpretation.
