Job summary

Popeyes Assistant Manager will act as an operations leader at a single restaurant, driving profitability, guest service, and people development. You will support the RGM, manage a team of 20–45 employees, and ensure adherence to brand standards and procedures to deliver consistent results.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, controlling costs, and maintaining efficient operations while ensuring fast, accurate service for guests in a clean facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Manage inventory and asset lists; coordinate orders.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and team members to improve performance.
• Ensure cash controls and security procedures are followed.
• Direct staff during food prep and service to meet speed and quality standards.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator as needed.
