• Must have open availability.

Responsibilities

• Work at the front counter to ensure quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and coach employees on courtesy and complaint handling.
• Lead meetings to plan and review operations and policies.
• Develop and maintain sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs, analyze P&L, and control inventory and labor.
• Manage cash handling and payroll processing.
• Ensure safety, health code compliance and proper poster postings.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain personnel files.
