Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Texas to profitably operate the restaurant within company practices. You will be responsible for cost control, customer service, team development and building sales.

Responsibilities include training staff, reviewing operations, monitoring labor and inventory, managing cash, and maintaining health and safety standards to protect profits and brand image.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P & L statements, basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
• Open availability required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant profitably following Taco Bell procedures.
• Lead and train team; coach for courteous service and handling complaints.
• Plan meetings with team to review operations and policies.
• Monitor costs, inventory and labor to maximize profits.
• Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards and cash control.
• Prepare labor schedules and manage payroll; communicate staffing needs.
