Responsibilities include frontline service, training, scheduling, inventory control, payroll, and compliance with health and safety guidelines. The role requires leadership and a focus on developing team performance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements, basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communications, leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Requires open availability.
