Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Texas to profitably operate the restaurant within Taco Bell and company guidelines. The role emphasizes cost control, customer service, and maintaining high restaurant and employee appearance while building sales and profits.

You will lead a team, ensure quality service at the front counter, train staff, plan labor schedules, monitor vendors and inventory, and drive local store marketing. Compliance with safety and health standards is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; university degree preferred.
• Serv Safe certification required or must be obtained.
• Knowledge of P&L statements and basic math; solid computer skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant to achieve sales, profitability, and quality standards.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams; coach and mentor staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor policies; manage staffing via labor guidelines.
• Develop and maintain inventory, monitor costs, and control waste.
• Lead training meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing employee development.
• Communicate with Area Coach and maintain accurate payroll and records.
