You will guide promotions, cultivate a high-performance culture, and ensure top-tier customer experiences while managing budgets and profitability. You will oversee training initiatives, resolve conflicts, and engage with customers to maintain a positive environment.

Formación

• 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a strong track record in people management.
• Proven ability to improve performance based on P&L analysis.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
• Solid understanding of restaurant maintenance programs.

• Experienced in recognizing and motivating teams, with a successful track record in people development.
• Skilled in recruiting top talent and training both high and under-performing employees.
• Adaptable to change and experienced in supporting change management.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, onboard, and conduct orientations for Team Members and Shift Leads to build a strong team.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan and mentor managers and staff on development initiatives.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance and foster equity and belonging.
• Address conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Strategically schedule staff and coach on CHAMPS standards; lead product rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
• Stay informed about competitors and strive to exceed digital presence and loyalty programs.
