Taco Bell in Lake Jackson, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the restaurant within Taco Bell standards. You will oversee service, quality, and team development.

Responsibilities include planning meetings, labor scheduling, cost control, inventory, cash handling, and health/safety compliance. The ideal candidate brings supervisory experience, Serv Safe certification, and strong leadership and communication skills; open availability is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P & L statements; basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, leadership and conflict resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee front counter service to ensure quality and courtesy.
• Lead meetings with team for training and operational reviews.
• Develop sales via local store marketing and cost controls.
• Monitor utilities, inventory and labor according to guidelines.
• Manage cash handling and payroll with risk controls.
• Ensure safety, health dept. ratings and restaurant image.
• Post and adjust labor schedules; manage personnel files.
• Perform administrative paperwork and reporting as needed.
