Responsibilities

Supervise front counter to ensure quality service and train employees in courtesy and complaint handling.
Conduct team and management meetings for planning, training, and reviewing procedures.
Develop and maintain sales and utilize local store marketing.
Monitor costs, analyze profits and losses, and control inventory.
Develop and post labor schedules and adjust staffing to match volume.
Handle cash deposits and follow cash handling procedures.
Maintain safety, health, and cleanliness standards; adhere to Taco Bell image standards.
Conduct performance reviews and maintain employee records.
