Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Open availability required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front counter service and ensure quality customer service.
• Lead training and coaching of employees.
• Plan meetings with team to review operations and policies.
• Develop and maintain sales; manage labor schedules and costs.
• Monitor inventory and costs; manage cash deposits daily.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate payroll and with Area Coach for staffing decisions.
