Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be Serv Safe Certified
• Knowledge of P & L statements; Basic math and computer skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong skills in Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution
• Requires open availability

Responsibilities

• Work at the front counter to ensure quality service and train staff.
• Lead meetings with team and management to plan and review operations and policies.
• Develop and maintain an acceptable level of sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor utilities, supplies, and other cost categories to minimize impact; analyze profits and loss statements.
• Develop and post labor schedules; adjust labor for changes in volume.
• Manage restaurant cash control by making bank deposits daily; follow cash handling procedures.
• Ensure health and safety standards; maintain restaurant image and cleanliness.
• Coordinate hiring, promotions, and payroll with Area Coach; maintain employee files.
• Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions; maintain personnel records.
• Perform administrative paperwork as required.
