Job summary

Taco Bell Corporation is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to profitably operate the store by following company procedures and maximizing sales. You will lead front-line teams, train staff, manage labor, and maintain safety, quality, and the restaurant image.

You will oversee P&L performance, ensure health and safety standards, and coordinate with the District Manager. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential to drive profits and employee development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; university degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Serv Safe Certified.
• Strong knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle conflicts and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front counter to ensure quality service and handle customer concerns.
• Lead trainings and team meetings for planning, training and policy review.
• Develop and maintain sales; utilize local store marketing.
• Monitor costs and inventory; analyze profits and take corrective actions.
• Develop labor schedules and adjust for volume; manage payroll.
