Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the restaurant’s operations, drive profitability, and develop people. The AM supports the RGM, overseeing 20–45 employees and ensuring top-tier guest service, inventory control, and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, coaching staff, and stepping in as Shift Coordinator as needed to maintain speed of service and accuracy in product preparation and delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing costs, inventory, and cash controls.
• Lead and coach shifts coordinators and team members to lift performance.
• Ensure guest service excellence with speed and accuracy.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure brand standards are met.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed.
