Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations under the Restaurant General Manager. You will drive profitability, guest service, and people development across a 20–45 member team, while ensuring brand standards and efficient service.

You will coach team members, manage inventory and cash controls, and step in for hourly shifts as needed to maintain performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience; management preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the RGM in daily restaurant operations and profitability.
• Manage inventory, cash control, and vendor interactions as needed.
• Coach shifts Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Direct operations to ensure fast, accurate service and adherence to brand standards.
