Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon is seeking Heart of House team members to support daily operations in a high-volume restaurant environment. You will help with food preparation, plating, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety to ensure top-quality dishes and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include following recipes, managing inventory, and coordinating with kitchen staff. This role requires strong teamwork, adherence to sanitation standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years heart-of-house experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food to recipe standards.
• Maintain proper temperature controls and monitor freshness.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries; rotate stock.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any faults.
