Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon is seeking Heart of House team members to support daily operations in a full‑service restaurant. You will assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and handle kitchen maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include following recipes, ensuring proper temps, labeling, and proper portioning while upholding service standards. We offer competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Knowledge of service standards and systems.
• The physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting 25–50 pounds.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and plate food to standards; label, date, rotate.
• Quality Control: Ensure food meets quality and portion standards.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean workspace per safety regs.
• Stock Management: Assist with inventory, receiving, and storage of deliveries.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate kitchen equipment safely and report issues.
