Qualifications

• CHAMPS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members; coach and train to achieve operational excellence.
• Perform hands-on operational work to train employees and role-model skills.
• Monitor safety, health codes and company policies daily.
• Assist in managing labor, inventory, and supplies; develop restaurant team.
• Supervise and coordinate team members efficiently.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables; take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Help RGM prepare financial plans and staffing.
