Job summary

Pizza Hut in Rawsonville, MI seeks an AGM to support the RGM in sales planning, training Team Members, and mastering all restaurant operations. The role focuses on leading shifts, coaching Shift Leaders and Team Members, and developing the staff for future advancement to RGM.

You will manage daily operations, monitor labor, inventory, and safety standards, assist in action plans, and participate in local marketing and product rollouts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach a restaurant team.
• Knowledge of safety, health codes, and quality standards.
• Experience in training and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the restaurant by recognizing and motivating shifts and team members; coach and train to achieve operational excellence.
• Perform hands-on operational work to train employees, respond to customer service needs and role-model appropriate skills and behaviours.
• Demonstrate HWWT principles and utilize recognition programs.
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations by controlling labour, inventory, and supplies and developing the team.
• Supervise others effectively and coordinate their work.
• Analyze sales, labour, inventory and controllables and take corrective actions to meet targets.
• Assist in preparing financial plans with RGM.
• Ensure safety, health codes and corporate policies are followed.
• Maintain facility and equipment to company standards daily.
• Recruit and select high-energy team members; assist with staffing plans.
• Train and develop Team Members, Shift Leaders and Shift Managers.
• Provide feedback at various levels and assist with performance management and corrective actions.
• Communicate action plans to the team and support local marketing activities.
• Assist with new product rollouts and supplier relationships.
