Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership in the restaurant and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage HR functions: scheduling, performance management, recruitment, coaching, and appraisals.
• Maintain inventory, forecast productivity, and control costs of sales and labor.
• Aim to attain financial targets and monitor financial reporting.
• Execute local marketing campaigns and promote new offers.
• Handle daily banking deposits each morning and cash issues.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and safety standards.
• Monitor competitors' promotions and market trends.
• Maintain high customer service standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Order products and maintain good relations with suppliers.
• Support the District Manager in market activities.
