Job summary

Pizza Hut in Lowell, MA seeks an AGM to effectively manage restaurant operations during shifts and to support the RGM in sales and profit planning. You will train Team Members, coach leaders, and ensure safety, quality and service standards while preparing for advancement to an RGM role.

You will lead day-to-day operations, analyze labor, inventory, and controllables, develop action plans, and collaborate with suppliers and franchise contacts to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school education or equivalent.
• CHAMPS Certification completed.
• Developing Champions Certification for leading in manager's absence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the restaurant and motivate team members.
• Train and coach shift leaders, managers and team members.
• Manage daily operations, labor, inventory and safety compliance.
• Analyze sales, labor and controllables to meet targets.
• Assist RGM with staffing, plans and action implementation.
• Develop and communicate corrective action plans to the team.
