Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of work in food service or related industry.
• CHAMPS Certification completed.
• Developing Champions Certification for Leading a Restaurant in Manager's Absence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the restaurant; recognize and motivate Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members; coach and train to achieve operational excellence.
• Hands-on operational work to train employees and role-model skills.
• Demonstrate HWWT principles and use recognition programs.
• Assist in managing day-to-day ops: labor, inventory, and supplies; develop the team.
• Supervise and coordinate team members' work efficiently.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables; drive margin and sales growth.
• Assist RGM in financial planning.
