NGP Management is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Dunkin team in Gray, ME. You will help lead a team of Crew and Shift Leaders, ensuring a friendly guest experience and profitable top-line sales.

You will assist in staffing, coaching, and enforcing brand standards, while driving operational excellence, safety, and guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes leadership development and accountable performance.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• Basic computer skills
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
• Basic writing skills
• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Proficient in math and financial management

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees
• Communicate job expectations to employees
• Hold team members accountable for behavior and performance
• Support the development of team members
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to achieve guest service goals
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with laws
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed
• Help prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Review guest feedback and restaurant assessment results and implement action plans to drive improvements
• Control costs to maximize profitability
• Drive sales goals and track results
