Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager and Shift Leaders in daily operations.
• Perform duties of Restaurant Manager in their absence.
• Maintain brand standards, recipes and systems.
• Create a guest-focused culture and drive guest satisfaction.
• Train and onboard team during new product rollouts and marketing efforts.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws.
• Assist in inventory, cash management and cost controls.
