Job summary

NGP Management Scrivanos Network is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our Dunkin' team. You will support the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable crew and driving guest experiences and top-line sales.

Partner with the restaurant team to recruit, onboard, and develop staff; ensure safety, brand standards, and profitability while delivering friendly service.

This role requires English fluency, a high school diploma, and basic math and financial skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate with guests and team members.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills to run reports and schedules.
• At least 18 years of age where applicable.
• Basic writing skills for documentation and guidance.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in mathematics and basic financial management.

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
